After we found the right blend, we partnered with True Beans Coffee Roasters to regulate the quality of each bag. This very small, Long Beach, California, roaster has one machine and roasts only 12 lbs at a time. More Perks™ coffee is never more than 14 days from having been roasted to the time it's in your home. True Beans Coffee Roasters serves their specialty coffees at a small cafe called Fresh Foods Cafe in Long Beach, California. They proudly serve quality food that is prepared with just as much care as their great coffee.
